Acorn offers a range of imperial and metric, pitched racks and gears from stock. Classically, the two main types that are most popular include Spur and Bevel Gears. Acorn are able to offer these products in a range of materials to suit your application.

Spur Gears

Offered in DP’s from:

• Metric modular stock pitch - 0.5, 1, 1.5, 2, 2.5, 3, 4, 5 and 6
• Imperial diametrical stock pitch - 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, 16, 20, 24, 32, 40, 48 and 64
• An impressive array of standard stock, with tooth sizes to match pitching from 12 - 128

Non standard racks, RFQ, available to suit particular applications. Please advise pitching, imperial or metric, track width, length, fixing holes, bored / counterbored, threads, positing, positing pitch, material, quantity, annual usage and batch requirements.

Bevel Gears

Offered in matched precision pairs at standard ratios or manufactured for your specific requirements. Details upon request.

• Standard stock pilot bored bevel and spur gears readily available in volume
